摘要
本文针对寿命分布为指数分布的产品在步进应力加速寿命试验下的成败型数据，当加速寿命方程未知时，给出了在常应力下寿命分布参数的后验分布密度及 Ｂａｙｅｓ 估计．
Without introducing accelerated life equation, this paper provides a method and the results for exponential success failure type data under step stress ALT(accelerated life testing) with Bayes theory. The results include the posterior density and Bayes estimate of distribution parameter under normal stress in a quite simple format. Finally a numerical example is given.
