普通根管K锉与H锉在后牙根管预备中效果比较

The Comparison of Effect on Ordinary Root Canal K-file and H-file in the Root Canal Preparation of Back Teeth

目的研究用普通的不锈钢K、H锉对后牙根管进行预备,观察根管治疗术中根管的阻塞情况。方法选择需做根管治疗的208个临床病例,前磨牙68颗,磨牙140颗,随机分为不锈钢K型锉根管预备实验组和不锈钢K、H锉交替使用的传统根管预备对照组,每组104颗牙。结果实验组根管治疗中发生根管阻塞率为16.35%,对照组中为35.58%,实验组明显少于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论普通根管K锉较H型根管锉在后牙根管预备中较安全,根管阻塞率低,根管充填效果好。

Objective To study the root canal preparation of back teeth with ordinary stainless steel K - file and H - file and observe obstruction of root canal in root canal therapy. Methods 208 clinical cases with the root canal therapy, 68 Premolars and 140 Molars were randomly and equally divided into two groups as experimental group and control group in this study, the experimental group with stainless steel K -file, the control group with stainless steel K -file and H -file. There arel04 teeth in each group. Results In root canal therapy, the obstruction rate of experimental group and control group was 16. 35% and 35.58% respectively. There was a significant difference in experimental group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with H -file, K -file is much safer and it has lower obstruction rate and better effect.
