多巴胺加硫酸镁治疗支气管哮喘64例

Observation of 64 Bronchus Asthma Cases' Curative Effect by Using Dopamine and Hydrous Magnesium

目的观察多巴胺、硫酸镁联合应用治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法将2008年4月至2010年11月收治的64例支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(32例)。两组均采取基础治疗措施,如氧疗、抗感染、使用糖皮质激素等,治疗组32例加用25%硫酸镁10 mL与多巴胺20 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL静滴,每日1次,各治疗10天比较两组疗效。结果治疗组患者总有效率93.7%,对照组59.3%(P<0.01)。结论多巴胺、硫酸镁联用是治疗支气管哮喘的有效方法。

Objective To observe the curative effect of dopamine and hydrous magnesium＇s joint application in treating the bronchus asthma. Methods 64 patients who came into the hospital from April 2008 to November 2010, and suffered from bronchus asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （ 32 cases each ）. Both two groups adopted fundamental treatment measures such as oxygen, resistance to infection, the use of sugar, massive cortical hormone and so on. 32 patients in the treatment group additio.nally took 25 % magnesium 10ml and dopamine 20mg with 5% glucose injection 250ml dripped still, once a day, and then the curative effect was compared between the two groups after 10 days. Results Patients of treatment group＇s effective rate was 93.7% , and control group was 59. 3% （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Dopamine and hydrous magnesium joint is an effective way to treat bronchus asthma.
