摘要
用JX-1118水溶液作为淬火介质代替传统淬火油对H13热模具钢进行热处理,考察工件热处理后的机械性能及淬裂情况,并分别测试试样在淬火及两次回火后的洛氏硬度,分析淬火件的各种机械性能。结果表明,该介质具有理想的冷却速度和良好的淬透性,淬火后的工件获得了较理想的硬化层深度,有效地解决了油淬不硬、水淬易裂等问题,同时也改善了工作环境;作为热作模具钢热处理的淬火介质,该溶液最佳浓度为18%~22%。
The JX-1118 water-solution can be used as a quenching medium instead of the traditional oil quenching for heat treated of H13 hot die steel,and is examined the mechanical properties after heat treatment and quenching crack situation of the work-piece.The hardness of the sample after quenching and twice tempering is also tested respectively,and various mechanical properties of the sample after quenching are analyzed.The results show that the medium has a good hardenability and the ideal cooling rate,which can effectively solve the issues such as not hard after oil quenching,easy to crack sfter water-quenching,and the working environment is also improved.The optimal concentration of solution is 18%~22% as the quenching medium of hot die steel.
