摘要
通过化学分析、力学性能、低倍检验、金相组织检验等,对汽车底盘传动轴在试验过程中发生故障进行了失效分析。结果表明材料选择错误、淬火温度不当,以及中频淬火区域过小是导致传动轴断裂的原因。
The failure analysis about the breakdown of an undercarriage transmission shaft during the test was carried on by the chemical analysis,mechanics properties,macroscopic and metallographic examination etc.The results indicate that the mistake choice of material,unreasonable quench temperature and too small region of MF quenching are the cause of transmission shaft fracture.
