摘要
低聚木糖是一种功能性低聚糖，产品附加值高，市场前景好，由于其具有很显著的选择性增殖双歧杆菌、降血脂和降低胆固醇等功能，对于它的提取分离技术已经成为国内外食品工业研究的热点。本文主要叙述了目前低聚木糖的分离和纯化技术的研究进展和前景。
Xylo-oligosaecharides was one of the functional oligosaeeharides,whieh has added value and good market prospect due to that it can proliferate bifidobaeter effectively, decrease cholesterol and have other physiological functions. The extraction and separation was put into the highlight at home and abroad. This paper overviews the techniques of xylo-oligosaccharides separation and extraction and its prospect.
