老年病辨证施治规律的探讨

Prelim inary Discussion on som e Unique Principles of Diagnosis and Treatm ent in Gerontic Patients

目的 探讨老年病独特的辨证施治规律。方法 从老年人特有的生理特点出发，结合老年病的发病规律，从辨证、治则，用药几方面综合分析。结果 老年病辨证需抓主证、辩真假、审标本，治从通补兼施，补以肾为宗。结论 老年病应以阴阳调和为贵，疏通气血为和。

Objective To search for som e unique principles or rules in gerontology w ith w hich the diagnosisand the treatm ent m ust be based upon. M ethods Discusion w as m ade according to the physical characteris tics of the aged people and the general rule in the course of senile diseases w ith em phasis on the com bina tion of3 aspects, i.e. differentialdiagnosis, treatm ent, and drug use. Results The differentialdiagnosis ofsenile diseases should focus on the follow ing points : paying attention to the m ain sym ptom s; distinguish ing the true and the false;identifying superficiality and originality; and com bining the m ethods ofrem ovingstasis and nourishing altogether. M ost of all, nourishing kidney is the m ost im portant m ethod in treatingm ost senile diseases. Conclusion Treatm ents of senile diseases should aim at reaching harm onious statusbetw een Ying and Yang, and prom oting Qiand blood circulation.
