摘要
目的 菌斑染色片应用于刷牙指导的效果分析。方法 对上海医科大学附属幼儿园 １２０ 名儿童进行口腔卫生指数（ｏｒａｌｈｙｇｉｅｎｅ ｉｎｄｅｘ， Ｏ Ｈ Ｉ）检查及刷牙指导后 Ｏ Ｈ Ｉ调查追踪。结果 通过应用菌斑染色片强化训练后， Ｏ Ｈ Ｉ指数比未强化训练儿童低。结论 正确的刷牙方法指导并应用菌斑染色片强化训练对改善儿童口腔卫生状况有实际意义。
Objective To study the plaque rem oving effeciency in children w ith the help of using plaquestaining tablets during brushing instruction. Methods Before instruction, O H Iindices of 120 children in thekindergarten of Shanghai M edical University w ere recorded. After giving 5 w eek long brushing instruc tion, O H Iindex w as re exam ined by using plaque staining tablets. Results Low er O H Ias show n by usingplaque staining tablets w as found in these children w ho had received brushing instruction. Conclusion Us ing plaque staining tablets during correctbrushing instruction w illcertainly im prove children's oralhygienestatus.
