摘要 主要对向家坝—上海±800 kV特高压直流(UHVDC)工程复龙换流站并联电容器成套装置的研发、设计、配平、组装进行了总结。通过对装置的结构分析、特点介绍、抗风抗震的理论分析、配平组装等,说明复龙换流站电容器成套装置的结构设计合理,绝缘配合安全系数大,组架结构具有足够的强度和刚度,满足该地区的抗风抗震要求。先进的生产设备和生产工艺保证了并联电容器的产品质量。采取有效的降噪措施使产品在降噪方面取得了进步。灵活有效的配平方法使生产组装更加简单方便。 In this paper the development,design,balancing and assembly of shunt capacitor installation for Fulong converter station of Xiangjiaba—Shanghai ±800 kV UHVDC transmission project are mainly summarized.It is shown,through structural analysis,characteristic introduction,theoretical analysis in wind and seismic resistance,balancing and assembly of the capacitor installation etc,that shunt capacitor installation for Fulong converter station has reasonable structural design,big safety factor of insulation coordination,sufficient strength and rigidity in structures and meets the requirements of wind and seismic resistance in the region.The quality of shunt capacitor is guaranteed by the advanced production facilities and process.The progress on noise reduction of the product is made by way of effective noise reduction measures.The production and assembly become more convenient by way of flexible and effective balancing methods.
