摘要
根据我校微电子学专业教学的实际情况,本文阐述了如何对《集成电路原理与设计》课程的教学进行优化。这些优化包括教学内容、方法和学时,如删除了如工艺、器件原理等与其它课程重复的内容,结合目前工业界和研究生教学的需求,增加了verilog和SPICE、数字集成电路实现相关的EDA工具等教学内容,强调学生的实践能力,使理论和实践联系的更紧密。通过课程教学的优化提高了学生学习的积极性和就业时的竞争力,达到预期的目标。
According to the actual teaching conditions of our microelectronics,the teaching optimizations of Integrated Circuit Principle and Design course is described in this paper,which includes teaching content,methodology and class hours.Some repetitive contents with other course such as process,device principle etc,are deleted.To meet the need of industry and graduate teaching,the contents such as verilog,SPICE and EDA tools relative digital integrated circuit are added.The practical ability are emphasized,theory and practice are made more closely.With these optimizations,the study activity and competitive strength of employment are improved.The desired result is achieved.
