How to teach vividly the microstructure of the chemical substances is one of the key points and difficult points in recent teaching of Structural Chemistry.This paper begins with the teaching contents of Structural Chemistry by combining the teaching features of Structural Chemistry with the use of crystal structural database in teaching.It visualizes the abstract contents,changes the micro to macro,and makes the teaching process vivid and interesting,which helps students to understand the knowledge of structural chemistry.
