中医针刺操作评价指标研究

Development of TCM acupuncture procedure scoring indexes

目的编制适用于护理专业学生针刺操作考核的标准化评分表。方法采用系统分析法,以教学和临床经验为基础,初步拟订针刺操作评分表,通过4轮专家咨询筛选;依据层次分析法,计算权重系数,最终确定评分条目。结果专家权威系数为0.890,最终确立的评分表有操作前评估、操作准备、针刺操作、操作后评价4个一级指标,归一化权重分别为0.046、0.204、0.654、0.096;共15个条目,各条目归一化权重0.049~0.701,以此建立针刺操作评分表。结论该评分表可靠性高,达到教学和临床实践的要求,可作为考核护理专业学生针刺操作的工具。

Objective To develop a scoring sheet for TCM acupuncture procedure.Methods Based on teaching and clinical experience,a scoring sheet for acupuncture procedure was preliminarily determined with the systematic analysis method.The items on the scoring sheet were sifted through 4 rounds of expert consultation.The weight coefficients were calculated and the acupuncture procedure scoring sheet was established with the analytic hierarchy process.Results Coefficient of expert authority was 0.890.There were four primary indicators including preoperative evaluation,procedure preparation,acupuncture procedure and postoperative evaluation,with the entry normalization weights for each indicators being 0.046,0.204,0.654,and 0.096 respectively.There were fifteen entries（items） in the final scoring sheet,with the entry normalization weights ranging from 0.049 to 0.701.At last,the scoring sheet for acupuncture procedure was established.Conclusion The scoring sheet for TCM acupuncture procedure has high reliability,which meets the requirement of teaching and clinical practice,and can serve as an appraisal tool evaluating nursing students′ acupuncture procedure.
