摘要
目的调查五金企业员工现场急救知识的掌握情况,探讨普及五金企业员工现场急救培训的有效途径。方法采用自行设计的问卷对中山市小榄镇5家五金企业的836名一线员工的急救知识进行调查。结果只有4.67%的员工能够正确回答呼叫"120"时应向医务人员说明的内容;61.00%了解先抢救生命后包扎伤口的急救原则,但员工对心肺复苏术的知晓率为14.35%,仅5.50%了解如何处理受伤离断的手指。员工均未接受过急救知识和技能的培训;61.84%主要从电视获取急救知识;65.67%的员工认为获取急救知识的最佳途径是讲座。结论五金企业员工现场急救知识匮乏。应对五金企业员工加强现场急救知识的宣传教育,进行现场急救知识培训,配备厂医和急救员,扩大医疗专业人员的服务面,提高五金企业员工的现场急救知识和技能,使伤残率降至最低。
Objective To survey the hardware enterprise staff′s knowledge of on-the-spot emergency medical aid,and to explore an effective way of first aid training for them.Methods Totally,836 frontline employees from 5 hardware enterprises of Xiaolan town,Zhongshan,were investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire in terms of on-the-spot emergency medical aid.Results Only 4.67% of the respondents were able to state clearly the contents to be told to the operator when they dialed "120" for help;61.00% were knowledgeable of first aid principle of "saving lives before bandaging the wound".However,only 14.35% of the respondents had some knowledge about cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),and 5.50% of them knew how to deal with the amputated finger.They admitted that none of them had been on a formal training program of first aid within the enterprise;61.84% of them learned first aid knowledge mainly from television;65.67% of the respondents believed that the best way to obtain first-aid knowledge was attending lectures.Conclusion Employees working in hardware enterprises have poor knowledge about on-the-spot emergency medical aid.They should be given education about on-the-spot emergency medical aid,and training programs should be targeted to them.The enterprises should be equipped with doctors and aidmen,the service of medical professionals should be extended.Only in this way,will employees′ knowledge about on-the-spot emergency medical aid and first aid skills be improved and maim rate be reduced.
