退火工艺及冷轧压下率对CSP工艺低碳冷轧板微观组织及织构演变规律的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以包钢CSP工艺生产的5.0 mm热轧板在实验室分别压下到1.75,1.25和0.75 mm冷硬板为原料,在实验室模拟了包钢罩式退火工艺,观察了不同压下率试样的显微组织.实验表明,通过观察罩式退火过程中试样的组织的变化,确定了再结晶开始温度在540℃左右,再结晶终了温度为700℃左右.并用X射线检测了试样在热轧和成品两个阶段的织构.结果表明,随着冷轧压下率的增大,再结晶进行的速度增大,成品试样的织构密度增大,织构类型以{111}<110>和{111}<112>织构为主,但两者织构密度相差不大. CSP SPCC steel sheet were rolled from 5.0 mm to 1.75 mm,1.25 mm and 0.75 mm in Baotou Iron Steel(Group) Co.The cover annealing process was simulated in laboratory.The results show that starting recrystallization temperature is about 540 ℃,and the recrystallization temperature is about 700 ℃.The sample in two stages of hot-rolled and finished texture was tested by X-ray inspection.The analysis of product samples' textures shows that the re-crystallization speed and the texture density increases with increasing the cold rolling reduction.Texture belongs to that of(111) 110 and(111) 112,with little difference between the texture densities..
