摘要
探讨了水淬渣吸附处理含铜废水的工艺条件和去除铜的效果.试验结果表明,水淬渣的粒径为100目、投加量为10 g/L,振荡60 m in、pH=7时,铜的去除率达到86.88%.通过吸附平衡试验得出,水淬渣去除铜的吸附曲线为lnqe=0.779 7 lnCe-0.030 7,R2=0.961 5,符合Freund lich吸附等温式.
The conditions for the absorption of copper by water-quenched slag and the effects of copper removal were discussed.Results showed that under the conditions of the diameter of 100 M,dosage of 10 g/L,reaction time of 60 min and pH 7,the removal rate of the copper reached 86.88%.The absorption of water-quenched slag to copper fits the Freundlich absorption isotherm and the result of linear transformation of absorption isotherm is lnqe=0.779 7lnCe-0.030 7,R2=0.961 5.
