摘要
正在进行可行性研究的金沙江中游电站送电广西的±500 kV直流工程线路路经4 000 m高海拔地区,需要确定合理的电力设备外绝缘水平和空气放电电压海拔修正方法。比较分析了国内外现有的电力设备外绝缘和空气放电电压海拔修正方法,并根据以往工程的应用经验,得出如下结论:高压电力设备外绝缘水平海拔修正可使用GB 311.1和GB/T 20635规定的方法,这两个方法分别适用于4 000 m以下和5 000 m以下海拔地区。
A ±500 kV HVDC project to transmit electric power from the power plant on the middle of Jinsha river to Guangxi province is in feasibility research now,and the proper altitude correction methods for external insultaion of power equipments and discharge voltage in air need to develop as the transmission line of the project will pass the aeras of altitude more than 4 000 m.Comparing the existing altitude correction methods,and according to the experiences from the HVDC projects carried out,this paper concludes that the insulation level corrction methods in GB 311.1 and GB/T 20635 for high voltage electric equipments can be adopted,and that in GB 311.1 is available for the area below 4 000 m while that in GB/T 20635 for the area below 5 000 m.
