Exploitation of Human Resource for the Training of Qualified Young Teachers

随着高等教育事业的发展，不断提高师资队伍的水平，是高校的一项重要任务，尤其是青年教师，肩负着继往开来的重任，对青年教师的培养和使用有着重要意义。本文从整体性人才资源开发的思路出发，对青年教师队伍进行人才规划、人才培养和使用、人才的配置与管理三个方面进行研究和探讨，提出建设好我校教师队伍的一些举措。

With the development of higher education the training of teachers, especially the training of young teachers is a persistent and important task for universities. Based on the exploitation of human resource this article makes a research of the programming, the training and the management of young teachers. The artiale also proposes measures on how to improve the training of the university young teachers.
