摘要
针对教学的基本特征,从哲学的角度分析教学过程的实质是教师有目的地引导学生掌握知识和发挥学习潜能,从而提出,教师是教的主体、学生是学的主体,只有充分发挥教师和学生两个能动主体的作用,才能提高教学质量。
Based on th essential characteristics of teaching, this article analyses the essence of teaching process from the philosophical angle, points out that teachers' responsibility is to purposely guide students to grasp knowledge and give full play to their potential, puts forward that teachers are the main body in teaching while students that in learning, and concludes that teaching efficiency can be improved only when the initiative of both sides are brought into full play.
