摘要
目的分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)综合护理干预疗效。方法选取确诊GDM产妇84例,分为护理干预组48例和对照组36例,护理干预组行综合护理干预措施,对照组行常规护理;比较2组相关参数异同。结果护理干预组妊高症、酮症酸中毒、早产、剖宫产、巨大儿、新生儿低血糖及胎儿宫内窘迫发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预是治疗GDM产妇较理想的选择之一。
Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus（CNI）.Methods Eighty four pregnant women with GDM were Selected.Among them,48 patientswere given comprehensive nursing intervention（CNI group） and 36 patientswere given general care（control group）.The effect parameters of two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,the incidence of pregnancy hypertension,ketoacidosis,premature delivery,cesarean section,huge children,neonatal hypoglycemia and fetal distress of CNI group were significantly lower（P0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention has satisfactory therapeutic efficacy on pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.
