摘要
目的探讨微柱凝胶试验(MGT)技术在新生儿溶血病(HDN)中的应用。方法采用微柱凝胶试验技术对189例疑为HDN的高胆红素患儿做"溶血三项试验",即:(1)红细胞抗球蛋白试验;(2)抗体放散试验;(3)血清游离抗体试验。结果 A型与B型2组患儿(母亲O型)HDN检验结果比较,2组HDN阳性率比较差异无统计学意义。结论 MGT具有敏感度高,特异度显著,操作简便,耗时40min左右,标本用量少,结果易判定等优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective Probe into Microbubes gel technology(MGT) application of hemolytic disease of Newborn(HDN).Methods Adopt MGT do " 3 items of hemolytic test " high bilirubin infant of HDN to 189,i.e.:(1)The erythrocyte resists globulin to test;(2) The antibody diffuses and tests;(3)The free antibody of serum is tested.Results A type is compared with B type two group infant(mother with blood type O) HDN test results,two groups of HDN lead the comparative difference not to have statistics meaning positively.Conclusion MGT has sensitivities high,peculiar degree is prominent,easy and simple to handle,time consuming about 40 min,there are few samples consumption,the apt advantage of judging etc.of the result,is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
