城市交通可持续发展评价指标体系的研究

Study on Index System and Assessment Method for Urban Transit Sustainbale Development

在解析城市交通可持续发展目标的基础上，提出了包括发展水平、发展能力和协调能力等3个方面的可持续发展度的概念，用以衡量城市交通可持续发展的程度与水平；并建议采用多层次模糊综合评判法作为评价方法。最后以上海为例进行了实证分析，结果表明上海城市交通目前处于弱可持续发展阶段。

The Paper discusses the principle to Set up the index System for urban hansit sustainable development. Based on the aim of urban transit sustainable development, it pointS out that the degree of sustainable development should be used to evaluate urban tlansit development. The Paper suggests that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method should be adopted. At last, the paper applies these theory to the comprehensive evaluation ofsustainable development of Shanghai urban transit. The conclusion is that Shanghai urban transit development status is on the Primary sustainable development stage.
