摘要 20世纪90年代提出的"无边界职业生涯"概念,阐释了雇员的职业生涯不必再限定于一个组织中按照科层阶梯发展,并且指向产生于知识经济和全球化背景的现代职业生涯的研究。"无边界职业生涯"吸引人们去关注新的就业环境、就业特征、职业生涯路径。面对新的社会变动,女性作为在职场中本来弱势的群体,通过就业能力的培养,她们可以实现其无边界职业生涯的成功。 The introduction of the concept of "boundaryless career" in the 1990s was an explication of how employees′ careers were no longer necessarily "bound" to an organization for development and hierarchical progression,but rather pointed to the observation that contemporary careers were a reflection of Knowledge Economy and globalization.The concept of "boundaryless career" attracts our attention to the new employment environment,employment characteristics,and career paths.Faced with this new social change,women,having been a vulnerable group in the workplace,they can achieve boundaryless career success by training their employability.
