高校学生管理人性化的方法可以分为三个方面：一是沟通——沟通是人性化管理的基础，即和学生语言上的沟通，和学生心灵上的沟通；二是融入集体——人性化管理的关键，即取得学生的信任与理解，信任与了解学生；三是关心与激励——人性化管理的手段，即生活上的关心，学习上的激励。
