伴全身性疾病的老年喉癌围手术期处理

The Management of Perioperative Period of Senile Patients with Laryngocarcinoma and General Diseases

目的 探讨伴全身性疾病老年喉癌患者的围手术期处理。方法 对≥60 岁伴有全身性疾病的喉癌病人17 例进行回顾分析。结果 全部病例安全度过围手术期,3 年和5 年的绝对生存率分别为85% 和58% 。结论 只要重视围手术期的处理,预防为主地做好术前、术中和术后各方面的工作,必要时采取多学科合作的措施。

Objective To investigate the management of perioperative period of senile patients with laryngocarcinoma and general diseases.Methods A retrospective review was made on 17 patients,who were above 60 years old,with laryngocarcinoma and general diseases.Results All of patients were safely restored after operations.3 and 5 year survival rates were 85% and 58% respectively.Conclusion If we pay more attention to the management of perioperative period,previously get everything well during perioperative period,and cooperate with other departments as needed,most of the patients can undergo operation and the follow up results are satisfactory.
