基于高校内部因素的大学生就业质量提高途径

Research on Comprehensive Ways of Improving the Quality of College Graduates' Employment

从高校办学内部微观因素分析了影响毕业生就业质量可控的三个方面,提出了教学层面要加强教育教学改革,增强毕业生的社会适应性;就业服务层面要完善就业教育和服务,提升毕业生的服务针对性;学生个人层面要加强自身能力建设,提升就业核心竞争力等综合途径的观点。

On the basis of analyzing the internal microcosmic factors affecting the quality of college graduates＇ employment, this paper puts forward that the situation should be improved from three aspects： to the teaching level, universitites should strengthen the reform of education and teaching to develop students＇ social adaptability; to employment level, Universities should improve employment and service education to enhance graduates＇ service pertinence; to the individual level, universities have to develop their abilities to improve their competitive power in employment.
