当代大学生法律意识现状的调查分析

A Survey on College Students' Consciousness of Legality in the Present Age

调查显示,当代大学生法律意识有积极向上的一面,但也存在对法律问题关注不够、法制意识不强、法律知识欠缺、理论知识掌握与实践运用脱节等不尽人意之处。而研究分析发现造成这种状况的原因主要有传统政治文化制度、曾经的应试教育模式、大学生群体对学习法律目的的认知程度、客观社会环境中的一些不良现象、家庭教育方式等。

When it comes to the problem whether the college students in the present age have consciousness of legality, a survey shows that besides the active performance, they have more problems in the aspects of paying less attention to legal issues, being lack of consciousness of legality, being short of legal knowledge, relative theories divorcing from practice, and so on. The analysis points out that the reasons which lead to the situation should include the following factors： traditional political and cultural system, examination-oriented education, cognition of learning laws, bad behaviour in the society, and family education etc.
