摘要
随着中国对外文化交流的不断加深,中华民族的饮食文化也备受世人瞩目,而中文菜单的英译也随之成为翻译界人士讨论的焦点。本文旨在通过介绍诺德的功能加忠诚理论基本观点,分析探讨中文菜单英译过程中遇到的障碍和解决方法。
Along with the continuous development of cultural exchange with other countries, Chinese food culture is becoming more and more popular in the world. Therefore, people gradually locus on the English translation of Chinese menu, which is important for the food culture exchange. This paper aims at discussing the problems and strategies of C-E translation of Chinese menu from the perspective of function plus loyalty theory by Christian Nord.
