山西居民收入差距问题研究

Research of the Income Gap of Residents in Shanxi

改革开放30年来,山西国民经济持续快速增长,居民收入明显增加,生活水平和生活质量也得到了进一步提高,但居民收入差距呈持续扩大的趋势。如何努力缩小不同群体居民间的收入差距,已成为构建和谐社会中的一个重大课题。本文从山西居民收入差距的基本状况出发,通过分析造成差距的原因,提出了解决不同群体居民间收入差距的对策。

In the thirty years since the reform and opening -up in China,the national economy has kept growing rapidly in Shanxi. The residents＇ income has been increased, and their living standards and quality of life have been further improved. However, the residents＇ income gap tends to expand. How to narrow the income gap between residents of different groups has become a major issue for building a harmonious society. The article describes the basic condition of the residents＇ income gap in our province, analyses the reasons of the gap between the various groups and then proposes the countermeasures to solve the problem of the income gap between different groups.
