加味补阳还五汤治疗2型糖尿病

Modified Decoction Invigorating Yang For Recuperation In Treatment of Type Ⅱ NIDDM

目的 探讨采用益气活血化瘀之加味补阳还五汤对2 型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的作用。方法 2 型糖尿病例71 例,治疗组35 例,对照组36 例,观察治疗3 个月前后两组空腹血糖(fasting blood sugar,FBS),空腹血清胰岛素浓度(fasting insulin)、FIns/FBS、胰岛素抵抗指数(insulin resistance index,ISI)、胰岛素敏感指数(insulinsensitive index)。结果 治疗组较对照组FBS、FIns、FBS/FIns、InsRI显著降低,ISI显著升高。结论 加味补阳还五汤能改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Modified Decoction Invigorating Yang For Recuperation in treating NIDDM patients with insulin resistance.Methods 71 cases were divided radomly into traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group,(n=35),and diamicron group (n=36) as control.After 3 month treatment,the content of fasting blood sugar,the concentration of fasting insulin in serum,and FIns/FBS,InsRI,and ISI were tested.Results FBS,Fins,FIns/FBS,and InsRI of TCM group were significantly lower and also ISI was higher than those of control group.Conclusion Modified Decoction Invigorating Yang For Recuperation can reduce insulin resistance as well as promote its sensitivity to insulin in NIDDM patients.
