The Poyang Lake is well known for its economy while its culture is neglected. However, with rich cultural connotations,such aspects as politics, history,literatures and ecology are embodied in the Poyang Lake culture. It is of great significance for protecting and exploiting the Poyang Lake as well as constructing the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone to summarize,explore and develop the Poyang Lake culture.
