催泻疗法治疗赤巴咂久病临床疗效观察

An effective observation on treating Kharba skyuks disease with Cuixie therapy

目的:证明催泻疗法治疗赤巴咂久病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:以藏医理论为指导选择60例赤巴咂久病患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组采用催泻疗法+常规藏西结合治疗方案,对照组单纯采用常规藏西结合治疗。结果:催泻疗法治疗赤巴咂久病的疗效好,总有效率为100%,显著高于对照组80%,P<0.05。且无明显毒副作用。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of treating Kharba Skyuks disease with the Cuixie therapy. Methods 60 patients with Kharba Skyuks disease asTibetan medicine theory for the guide choice were divided into treatment group for 30 cases and control group for 30 cases, the control group were treated only with conventional of Tibetan medicine and western medicine, the treatment group was treated with Cuixie therapy based on the control group. Results： The effect of treating Kharba Skyuks disease with Cuixie therapy was good, the total effective rate was 100%, significantly higher than that of the control group which was 80% （P〈0.05）. with no obvious side effects.
