清热灌肠液治疗小儿肺炎发热的研究

An observation on treating children pneumonia fever with Qingre Guanchang decoction

目的:探讨清热灌肠液灌肠对小儿肺炎发热的影响,对比清热灌肠液灌肠和口服安瑞克降温的效果。方法:将60名肺炎发热患儿随机分为2组,治疗组清洁灌肠后进行清热灌肠液灌肠,对照组清洁灌肠并口服小儿安瑞克。灌肠后监测体温,进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组降温效果明显高于对照组。结论:清热灌肠液灌肠可以降低肺炎发热患儿体温,且效果优于口服小儿安瑞克。

Objective： To discuss the effect on treating children pneumonia fever with Qingre Guanchang decoction, comparing the effect with treating by Anruike. Methods： Randomly divided 60 cases into two group, the treatment group treated with Qingre Guancttang decoction, the control group treated with Anruike. To survey the temperature and do the statistic anlysis. Results： The effect of Treatment was better than control group. Conclusion： Qingre Guanchang decoction can reduce the temperature of the chidren with pneumonia fever and the effect is better than Anruike.
