中西医结合治疗眩晕60例疗效观察

An effective observation on treating 60 cases of dizziness in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将112例眩晕病人随机分为治疗组60例和对照组52例。治疗组采用定眩汤加味配合利多卡因、维脑路通静滴。对照组采用单纯静滴利多卡因、维脑路通。10d为1疗程,连用2疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率88.3%,明显高于对照组的63.7%(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗眩晕疗效肯定。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating dizziness in the integrative medicine. Method： Dividing 112 cases of patients with dizziness into treatment group and control group, 60 cases for treatment group, 52 cases for control group. Treatment group was treated with dingxuan decoction plus lidocaine, enoruton Intravenous. Control group was treated with single lidocaine, enoruton. 10days for one course of treatment, treating for 2 courses. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.3%, higher than of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of treating dizziness in the integrative medicine is good.
