摘要
目的:探讨体外冲击波碎石结合中药石苇散治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法:同期设治疗组和对照组,两组均给予体外冲击波碎石及综合治疗;治疗组加用中药石苇散。结果:治疗组排石率84%,对照组排石率60%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:体外冲击波碎石结合中药石苇散治疗输尿管结石安全有效。
Objective： To explore the effect of treating ureteral stone in extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy plus Shiwei san. Methods： There were treatment group and control group, both of them applying extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and comprehensive treatment, besides, treatment group receiving TCM Shiwei san. Results： Paishi rate of treatment group was 84%, control group was 60%, which had obviously difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It was safe and effective that extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy plus Shiwei san treating ureteral stone.
