摘要
从近年来中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的文献来看,在改善患者临床症状、降低尿蛋白、延缓肾功能恶化方面,中医药治疗有很大的优势。本文从病因病机、治疗大法、辨证论治、专方治疗、中医外治、中西医结合治疗等及多方面对糖尿病肾病的治疗现状进行了论述。糖尿病肾病的治疗宜采用现代医学的有关治疗方法,结合中医药,通过辨证与辨病相结合,辨证论治和专方专药相结合,药疗与其他疗法相结合等方法,更好地控制糖尿病,延缓糖尿病肾病进展,改善肾脏功能,在治疗糖尿病肾病中有着广阔的前景。
From the literatures of treating diabetic nephropathy in TCM writed in recent years, there were many advantages in these place such as improved patients＇clinical symptoms, reduced urinary protein and delayed on the renal function deterioration. This article writed the treatment status of diabetic nephropathy from etiology and pathogenesis, treatment methods, differential treatment, special prescription treatment, TCM external treatment, integrative medicine and sumed up many aspects. Treating diabetic nephropathy was fitted with modem medical treatment combined with TCM, through differentiation linked with identifying diseases, differential treatment linked with special prescription treatment, medical treatment linked with other treatments could better control diabetic, delay on the development of diabetic nephropathy, improve the renal function, have a bright prospects in treating diabetic nephropathy.
