摘要
孔子一生力行“因材施教”，其中诗教更是其教育思想的一大特征。孔子弟子三千，七十二贤人。然而，就《论语》中所见，可与谈诗者，仅有子贡和子夏两人。可见，孔子和弟子谈诗的条件是相当高的。孔子进行诗教有多方面的原因和高远的目标。诗教对其弟子的人生产生了重要的影响，在当时具有无可替代的使用价值和深远的历史意义。
Confucius practicsed ＂teaching students according to their aptitude. ＂ Poem teaching is a feature of his educa- tional thought. Confucius has 3,000 disciples and 72 sages. However, according to the Analects, he merely talked about poetry with Zi Gong and Zi Xia. Confucius＇ s poem teaching has many reasons and lofty goal. His poem teaching deeply influenced his disciples＇ lives. It was of irreplaceable value and has profound historical significance.
