基于Hb/α-ZrP生物纳米复合物的亚硝酸盐传感器 被引量:1

摘要 本研究利用插层组装手段,制备了Hb/α-ZrP生物纳米复合物,并构建了一个基于Hb/α-ZrP的亚硝酸盐生物传感器。该Hb/α-ZrP二元复合物经过X-射线粉末衍射、扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱及圆二色谱表征,结果表明血红蛋白(Hb)以单层形式插入α-磷酸锆(α-ZrP)层间,并且,插入α-ZrP层间后,Hb的蛋白构型仍然相当程度地被保持。以这种Hb/α-ZrP复合物修饰的玻炭电极,实现了Hb的直接电子传递性能,对亚硝酸盐具有良好的响应,线性范围为1.0×10-6~2.0×10-5M,检测下限为1.54×10-7M。 In this paper,the Hb/α-ZrP bionanocomposite was prepared by intercalating hemoglobin (Hb) into the interlayers of α-zirconium phosphate (α-ZrP). The results of XRD,SEM,IR and CD indicated that the intercalated Hb was single layer,and the protein conformation of intercalated Hb was retained considerably. The direct electron transfer of Hb was facilitated by the intercalation of Hb into α-ZrP. Moreover,the Hb/α-ZrP composite based biosensor exhibited good electrocatalytic response to nitrite with the linear range of 1.0×10-6 ~ 2.0×10-5 M and the detection limit of 1.54×10-7 M.
