饥饿和再恢复投喂对鲻鱼肝细胞超微结构的影响 被引量:4

摘要 在19~24℃条件下对鲻鱼(Mugil cephalus)(初始体重:204.42±23.13g)进行了饥饿4周和再充分投喂4周的恢复生长实验,应用透射电镜对其肝脏细胞进行了观察。结果表明:饥饿4周后鲻鱼肝细胞所含的细胞器总数目减少,核周粗面内质网含量降低,线粒体出现多种形状,其间电子密度较低,嵴更加稀疏,溶解,无全嵴,肝细胞内的大脂滴基本消失。再恢复投喂4周后,肝细胞各种细胞器均恢复到正常水平,脂滴大量出现。表明鲻鱼肝细胞代谢与细胞器数目和内容物密切相关,在一段时间的饥饿胁迫之后,鲻鱼肝脏能过量的贮存脂肪作为能源物质。 The hepatic ultrastructure in mullet (Mugil cephalus Linnaeus) has been investigated using transmission electron microscopy following 4-week starvation and refeeding period. The result shows that the hepatic ultrastructure in mullet had some changes after starvation for 4 weeks:the total number of cell organelles,the number of Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum and mitochondria decreased and the latter appeared atrophy and had all kinds of forms. In mullet,the most significant difference compared with the control was that the number of lipid drops decreased significantly. After refeeding for 4weeks,the quantity of cell organelle and lipid rose again. These phenomena demonstrated that the types,the quantities and the forms of cell organelles are closely related to the metabolism of hepatocyte.
