This paper analyzes the composition and evolution of urban cultural districts during the urban tourism transformation period in Kunming, discusses their commercial function, recreational function, traffic function and cultural function, hoping to further the research on the function evolution mechanism of urban cultural districts and promote the relevant theoretical development at the micro level.
