主生产计划的编制是一个复杂的系统工程，从计划的编制、修改、确定、审批、下达、执行的过程中涉及到企业各方面、各部门，是对企业各种相关因素的综合考虑．同时，生产计划的编制要注意预见性、统一性、全局性、完整性、效益性、平衡性、群众性、适应性等．以中、大型企业作为研究的对象，对生产计划系统的流程加以梳理、归纳和总结．

The compilation of Master Production Schedule（MPS） is a very complex system engineering, it involves various departments, ranging from its compilation, revision, determination, approval, release, to implementation, taking a wide variety of factors into consideration. Meanwhile, priority should be given to foreseeability, uniformity, oneness, wholeness, profit, balance, masses and adaptability during its compilation. The objects for this research are targeted at medium and large--sized enterprises, the process of production schedule is sorted out, concluded and summarized.
