频发性室性早搏的Holter分布特点分析

为了探讨频发性室性早搏患者的24小时早搏的昼夜分布是否呈周期性这一问题,我们对40例频发性室早患者行24小时动态心电图监测,结果表明,白天和夜间平均每小时的室早数分别为43.65±9.80,25.7±11.2,两者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。白天(7—23小时)平均每小时室早数高于夜间(0—6时)。发现室早频数有明显的昼夜节律。

40 cases of frequent ventricular ectopic beats (VEB) through 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) were studied in this article to estimate whether the distribution vary. The result show that the average number (43. 65 + 9. 80) of VEB of one hour in daytime(7am-11am) was higher than that in nighttime (12pm -Gam) ,P<0, 05. And we found there a obvious nyctohemeral rhythm in a occurrence of frequent VEB.
