摘要
鸡红血球染色质的DNA与组蛋白复合和分离的拉曼光谱有明显的不同,这主要是由于金属钠、钙离子的影响和DNA与组蛋白的相互作用。本文初步阐明了上述染色质拉曼光谱的不同特征,并进一步表明了钠、钙离子与染色质中DNA和组蛋白的相互作用地点和模式,以及当DNA与组蛋白复合后它们相互作用的地点和模式。
The Raman Spectrum of the complexation of DNA and histones in chicken erythrocyte chromatin differs from that of isolation of them. It is mainly due to the effects of Na^+ and Ca^(2+) and the interaction of DNA and histones. The present work preliminarily explains the different characteristics of chromatin's Raman spectra as stated above and indicates the sites and the models of the interaction of Na^+, Ca^(2+) and DNA and histones in the chromatin. The sites and the models of interaction of DNA and histones after complexing have further been illustrated.
