培养人脐静脉血管内皮细胞的研究

Research on culturing of human umbilical veins mangioendotheliocyte

以改进的方法培养人脐带静脉血管内皮细胞(HEC),应用Ⅷ因子相关抗原的免疫组化方法进行鉴定,光镜、电镜观察培养细胞的形态变化,并对培养上清液前列环素(PGI_2)及细胞膜ATP酶进行了动态测定。结果表明:原代培养的HEC在一定时间内,其形态与代谢无明显变化。

Mangioendotheliocyte of human umbilical veins were cultured with modification morphologic identified with microscopy and electric microscoopy, meanwhile the PGI2 and the activity of cytomembrane ATP enzyme in supernate of the culture were detected dynamically.
