摘要
采用Fenton试剂氧化法对马铃薯淀粉废水进行预处理,利用正交试验方法确定最佳反应条件为:ρ(Fe2+)为1 500 mg/L;反应时间为250 min;ρ(H2O2)为105 mg/L;pH值为4。在最佳条件下,该方法对马铃薯淀粉废水的COD去除率最高可达42.4%。可作为马铃薯淀粉废水的有效预处理方法。
Fenton-oxidation method was employed to pretreat potato starch wastewater under optimum reactive condition. Under the condition of Fe2＋ at 1 500 mg/L,reaction time at 250 min,H2O2 at 105 mg/L,pH value at 4, the removal rate of COD reached as high as 42.4%. The results of the study suggested that Fenton-oxidation could be a useful method to pretreat potato starch wastewater.
