管道工程对敏感区的生态环境影响及对策分析

管道运输石油相比传统的陆路、水路运输有不可比拟的优点,但对环境的影响不容忽视。输油管道作为典型的生态影响型项目,其建设必然对生态环境特别是重要生态功能区产生不利影响。结合苏北成品油管道建设内容及管线穿越的生态敏感区特点、保护对象、采用的施工技术、施工方式等,采用对生态环境现状调查分析,卫星遥感资料建立buffer解译等方法,重点分析了输油管道建设对其穿越的重要生态功能区的影响,并提出相应的工程保护措施和其他生态修复措施。

The oil pipeline transport has incomparable advantages compared with traditional land and waterway, but the environmental impact cannot be ignored. As typical project of the ecological impact, Oil pipeline＇s construction has a negative impact on the ecological environment, particularly important region ecological function. Combining with the content of Jiangsu Northern oil pipeline construction, the characteristics of ecological sensitive area, protection targets, and construction technology and way, methods of ecological environment investigation and analysis and interpretation of satellite remote sensing used to analyze impact on the crossing important ecological function areas of the project and proposed appropriate measures of project protection and ecological remediation.
