摘要
对土壤样品加入硫酸银作催化剂和不加硫酸银处理后,采用重铬酸钾容量法分组测定有机质含量。结果表明,硫酸银对土壤有机质的分析测定没有显著影响。该方法简便,设备简单,操作快速,结果具有很好的一致性。
Organic matter in soil was determined by potassium dichromate method, under the condition of adding Ag2SO4 as catalyzer and without adding Ag2SO4. The results showed that Ag2SO4 had no remarkable effect on the content of organic matter in soil. The method is simple, quick and has good coherence.
