摘要
有迹象表明,恐怖分子在公共场所实施恐怖袭击的手段有可能从使用普通炸药升级至使用核材料与核辐射的趋势。这种恐怖袭击对人员高度密集的城市轨道交通是种严重威胁。由于无法使用传统的方法对其进行监测,因此有必要在城市轨道交通车站中配置相应的高科技反恐检测设备。介绍了这类设备的参数及其功能,指出基本型报警仪器和增强型报警仪器都可用于公共场所的安保;在一些重点公共场所,采用增强性报警仪器更能及时判别放射性核素类别,因而更有利于迅速采取有效措施。
There are indications that terrorist attacks in public places could be escalated from traditional explosive materials to nuclear materials and nuclear radiations, that will pose a grave threat for urban rail transit with highly dense crowd. Because nuclear materials cannot be monitored with traditional means, it is necessary to deploy correspondingly the hi-tech anti-terrorist monitoring devices at urban rail transit stations. This paper introduces the functions and parameters of these instruments, indicates that all the basic or the enhanced types of alarm devices can be served for security and protection in the public places. However in some key places, the enhanced alarm devices with new technology shall be more powerful to discriminate the categories of the radioactive nuclides in time, and thus helpful for quick and effective measures.
