Synthesis of Phenylalanine via C- Alkylation Under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 本文以苯亚甲氨基乙酸乙酯为原料,采用微波辐射,相转移催化技术,使其与氯化苄反应形成烃化产物,经酸性水解得到苯丙氨酸。产率69 .7 % ,纯化后精品产率为54 .4 % ,纯度在95 % 以上。探讨了物料配比,无机碱、相转移催化剂用量、微波强度、辐射时间等对产率的影响。本研究与国内外现行合成法相比,具有操作简单、周期短、产率较高等优点,具有工业应用价值。 Benzylidene glycinate was taken as raw material under microwave irradiation and phase transfer catalysis,the alkyides of aldimine schiff base was obtained via benzylation after hydrolysis phenylalanine wasobtained.The yield was 69 .7 % .Afterisolation and purification , the yield ofthe pure phenylalanine was 54 .4 % ,the purity was above 95 % .The influencingfactorsofalkylation ofaldimine schiffbase have beeninvestigated such asthe quantity ofinor ganic base and phase transfer catalysis,the ratio ofraw materialand the micro ? aveirvadiat moo time.The resultsshow thatthe synthesis method had {impler operation ,shovter produc tion period ,better yiele(than other papers and the good prospects on industrialapplication .
