摘要
在pH=8.84的NH4Cl-NH3·H2O缓冲溶液中,酪氨酸能够吸附在玻璃电极表面.当阳极溶出时,会产生一个灵敏的氧化峰,其峰电流和酪氨酸的浓度在1.0×10-5~8.0×10-8mol/L范围内成线性关系,最小检出限可达1.0×10-8mol/L.本文研究了电极反应机理,找出了测定酪氨酸的最佳实验条件。
The DL-tyrosine can be adsorpted on the surface of glassy carbon electrode and gave a sensitive oxidation wave peak.The peak current is linear proporitonal with the concentration of DL-Tyrosine over range of 1.0×10 -5 ~8.0×10 -8 mol/L.The mechansm of electrochemical oxidation of DL-Tyrosine on the glassy carbon electrode has been studied in this paper.The optimum experimential conditions have been found.A sensitive method for determintion of DL-Tyrosine has been set up.
