摘要
本文制备了以Ni为活性组分的六铝酸盐复合金属氧化物BaNiAl11O19δ催化剂,考察了该催化剂催化甲烷二氧化碳重整制合成气反应的催化性能.结果表明,这种把过渡金属活性组分Ni镶嵌在晶体的晶格中形成的高温稳定的复合金属化物催化剂,催化性能稳定,活性高,750℃反应条件下2h反应物CH4和CO2转化率分别为92.70%和93.14%,合成气H2和CO收率分别为91.94%和92.92%.
In the paper,hexaaluminate catallyst BaNiAl 11 O 19 δ containing Ni as active
component was synthesized,the catalytic properties of catalyst BaNiAl 11 O 19 δ for CO
2 reforming of methane to syngas were studied.The experiment results showed that catayst
BaNiAl 11 O 19 δ ,which active component transition metal Ni was inlayed in
lattice,maintained stable activity,convertion of the feed gas CH 4 and CO 2 were both 92.70%
and 93.14% respectively,collection of syngas H 2 and CO were both 91.2% and 92.9%
respectively in situation 2 hours reaction at temperateure 750 ℃.
